Workout Log

This is where I hope to keep track of my workouts each day and document any new workouts I try. Hopefully this will give you some new ideas if you’re looking for something new to try!

Friday, August 9th – 1.5 walk in the morning and 1 mile at lunch with the pup; hour long Piloxing class at the gym

Monday, August 12th – 6 mile run in the morning and 1 mile walk after work with Lily; used free weights to do biceps, triceps, and shoulder exercises

Tuesday, August 13th – 40 minutes interval walk/run that incorporated 100 squats along the way; 3.4 mile walk with Lily

Wednesday, August 14th – 4 miles of walking with Lily (spread out over 3 walks); 30 minute workout on the elliptical and 20 minutes of strength training

20 lb. bar for bicep curls, triceps, shoulder raises, squats to press, deadlifts, and one-legged deadlifts.

Thursday, August 15th – 6.2 mile run and 2 miles of walking with Lily

Friday, August 16th – 30 minute walk/sprint interval workout

Monday, August 19th – 7 mile run; 2.5 mile walk with Lily; 3 sets of 15 reps bicep curls and tricep raises

Tuesday, August 20th – 50 minute interval run/walk; 2.5 mile walk with Lily; push-ups, plank toe taps, and lunges
